Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation is seeking an experienced supplier enablement specialist for a remote, 12-month engagement in North America or EMEA hours. You will drive enablement via Power Automate, implement cXML/PunchOut catalogs, and support supplier onboarding through the Coupa Portal.

Bring 3+ years in procurement, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of EDI/cXML conversions. This role offers remote work across multiple time zones and requires independent, proactive work style.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate to build and configure communication flows.
• Experience with cXML, PunchOut, hosted catalogs, and EDI/cXML conversion.
• Experience with a supplier portal, preferably Coupa Supplier Portal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement/supplier enablement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute enablement work and act as the team's go-to expert.
• Support onboarding vendors to the global supplier portal and implement new supplier transactional processes.
• Implement procurement catalogs for suppliers as part of the Digital Transformation Project.
• Set up and own Power Automate for supplier communication automation, including building and configuring flows.
• Prepare and issue all supplier communications across different campaign rounds.
• Monitor supplier communications, manage bouncebacks, and track corrections.
• Prepare and run supplier surveys/cXML questionnaires, manage responses, and drive supplier buy-in.
• Provide first-level escalation and expert support for enablement contractors.
• Provide Coupa CSP and cXML process guidance, validate and troubleshoot item-load files and cXML connections.
• Prepare training documents/SOPs for catalogs and cXML, and run knowledge transfer sessions.
• Schedule and lead meetings with cXML and PunchOut suppliers, and manage status dashboards and reporting.
• Build and migrate hosted and PunchOut catalogs and set up cXML connections, including complex ones.
• Support supplier onboarding, master-data change requests, and cutover processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building and configuring communication flows.
• Experience with cXML, PunchOut, and hosted catalog setup, plus knowledge of EDI and EDI-to-cXML conversion.
• Experience with a supplier portal, preferably Coupa Supplier Portal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Self-starter able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, with a minimum of 3 years in procurement/supplier enablement.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Coupa catalog/cXML enablement delivery on a transformation or migration program.
• Knowledge of SAP.
