Job summary

eTeam is seeking a hands-on Supplier Enablement Subject Matter Expert to support onboarding, catalog implementation, and transaction integration as part of a digital transformation initiative. You will help suppliers establish portal connectivity, automate communications, and troubleshoot integration issues.

The role combines execution with technical guidance, including SOP development, training, and cross-functional coordination with IT and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement or supplier enablement experience.
• Hands-on with Power Automate and supplier portals.
• Experience with cXML and EDI conversion.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage Power Automate flows for supplier communications.
• Coordinate supplier communication campaigns before and after go-live.
• Monitor supplier responses, manage bounced emails, and correct contact data.
• Administer supplier surveys and cXML questionnaires; track responses.
