The Intersect Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Supplier Enablement Analyst to support supplier onboarding, engagement, and readiness initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate documentation, maintain records, and partner with procurement and operations to drive efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supplier management or related fields, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, vendor operations, supply chain, or a related business function.
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding, vendor management, or operational processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications used for reporting and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Support supplier enablement initiatives by guiding processes, systems, and operational expectations.
• Serve as a point of contact for supplier inquiries and issue resolution.
• Monitor onboarding progress and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier records, documentation, and data accuracy across systems.
• Assist with supplier communications, training materials, and process documentation.
• Analyze supplier data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with procurement, operations, and business teams to support supplier engagement initiatives.
