The role is hybrid, based in Lake Forest, IL, with a focus on data analytics and process optimization. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supplier management, strong data analysis skills in Power BI/SQL, and an understanding of financial concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
• Experience applying financial concepts such as sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), profit margins, and unit sales.
• Experience analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft, Power BI, SQL and building a data insights driven story.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and outliers, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to improving procurement operational processes to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure internal partners are aware of and compliant with standard procurement processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to fulfill cross-functional needs and requests for product information.
• Assist Supplier Managers in creating and executing program strategies and performance tracking.
