is seeking a Supplier Management Analyst to coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, support supplier negotiations, and help mitigate assortment risks. The role offers hybrid work three days a week at Lake Forest, IL or downtown Chicago. The successful candidate will analyze data to identify trends, support cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to achieving COGS goals across multiple product categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
• Experience applying financial concepts such as sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), profit margins, and unit sales.
• Experience analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL and building a data insights driven story.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and outliers, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to procurement operational processes to maximize efficiency and align with priorities.
• Ensure internal partners are aware of and compliant with standard procurement processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to fulfill cross-functional needs, such as product information requests.
• Assist Supplier Managers in creating and executing program strategies and tracking performance.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,300.00 – $112,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

The Supplier Management Analyst plays a key role in coordinating and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to support building healthy supplier relationships, negotiating competitive outcomes, and mitigate assortment risks. This includes but is not limited to resolving supplier related issues, supporting supplier negotiations and performance discussions. Supports the Supplier Manager to achieve the cost of goods sold goals across multiple product categories which range from $50M in COGS to $200M in COGS.

The position is located hybrid 3 days per week at our Lake Forest, IL or downtown Chicago office.

You Will

• Analyze data to identify trends and outliers, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions and align with our Strategic Framework.
• Contribute to continuously improving procurement operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to align with strategic priorities.
• Ensure internal partners are aware of and compliant with standard procurement operational processes. (e.g., item additions, discontinuations).
• Collaborate with suppliers to fulfill cross-functional needs, such as enhanced content and product information requests.
• Assist Supplier Managers in creating and executing program strategies, including goal setting, performance tracking, and aligning with broader business goals.

You Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field. required
• Experience applying financial concepts such as sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), profit margins, and unit sales.
• Experience analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft, Power BI, SQL and building a data insights driven story. (e.g. Excel including pivot tables, slicers, VLOOKUP], Word, Access dB, PowerPoint)
