Horace Mann is seeking a licensed life and health insurance agent to serve educators and community partners in Florida. You’ll work from a home-based setup with normal business hours, driving results and building relationships with schools, fire stations, and municipalities.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the freedom to grow your career without mandatory office attendance. This role emphasizes service, communication, and community impact.
