Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab in Sikeston, MO seeks a night-shift production associate responsible for processing and disposing of inedible product safely, in a warm, humid warehouse environment.

You'll maintain inventory, keep areas clean, monitor quality, and learn to use Buildapp, Weever, Megamation, DFOS and SPC systems. Night shift requires flexibility and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$19.00 per hour + $0.75 night shift differential

This position requires flexibility within shift patterns, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. Must be able to work any day of the week and be able to adapt to schedule changes to align with business needs. Please understand that we are only accepting applications for those able to work a night shift schedule.

The role

This position is responsible for the processing and disposal of inedible product in a manner that is safe for yourself and others around you, including compliance with confined space, PPE, fall protection, and all of safety practices. Will work to bring joy and excitement to consumers by providing the highest quality Ice Cream through inspired innovation while reacting to market changes quickly.

What you'll be responsible for

• Melt edible product and destroy inedible product.
• Maintain daily inventory of reusable and destroyed product
• Keep work area and containers clean and in good condition
• Help maintain cleanliness in dry goods area of warehouse
• Monitor quality against set standards and reports any product and packaging faults

We're looking for someone who

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Ability to stoop, lift overhead, bend, push, and squat up to 50 pounds several times per hour.
• Able to work in a warm, humid environment
• Experience in food-processing environment preferred
• Able to record and understand written information
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and to keep accurate written records.
• Ability to work various hours and shifts (i.e., 8-hour, 10hour, or 12-hour shifts) as needed.
• Able to work overtime and holidays when required.
• Must be flexible within pattern of shift work to accommodate factory shutdowns, training courses etc.
• Ability to navigate and use web-based programs such as Buildapp, Weever, Megamation, DFOS, SPC, etc.
• Ability to apply rigorous Cost Deployment and the Zero loss concept to eliminate losses utilizing UMS

Working environment

Work is performed on the manufacturing floor. Potential hazards include proximity of moving machinery, chemical exposure, noise, or heavy lifting. The position may require an individual to stand, stoop, move equipment; bend, reach, or lift for prolonged periods of time. PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) includes safety glasses, hearing protection, bump caps and sanitary safety toed footwear. Sanitation equipment during clean up includes safety face shields, gloves, and aprons.
