Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in the United States is hiring for a night shift role in our warehouse/production environment. The position offers pay at $19.00 per hour plus a $0.75 night shift differential, with schedule flexibility including evenings and overnight hours.

Please understand that we are only accepting applications for those able to work a night shift schedule. Candidates should be a high school graduate or GED, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work in a warm, humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Melt edible product and destroy inedible product.
• Maintain daily inventory of reusable and destroyed product.
• Keep work area and containers clean and in good condition.
• Help maintain cleanliness in dry goods area of warehouse.
• Monitor quality against set standards and report faults.
• Record and understand written information; read and follow instructions.
• Work various hours and shifts (8h, 10h, or 12h) as needed.
• Able to work overtime and holidays when required.
• Navigate and use web-based programs such as Buildapp, Weever, Megamation, DFOS, SPC.

Pay $19.00 per hour + $0.75 night shift differential This position requires flexibility within shift patterns, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. Must be able to work any day of the week and be able to adapt to schedule changes to align with business needs. What you'll be responsible for

• Melt edible product and destroy inedible product.
• Maintain daily inventory of reusable and destroyed product
• Keep work area and containers clean and in good condition
• Help maintain cleanliness in dry goods area of warehouse
• Monitor quality against set standards and reports any product and packaging faults
• We're looking for someone who High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Ability to stoop, lift overhead, bend, push, and squat up to 50 pounds several times per hour.
• Able to work in a warm, humid environment
• Experience in food-processing environment preferred
• Able to record and understand written information
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and to keep accurate written records.
• Ability to work various hours and shifts (i.e., 8-hour, 10hour, or 12-hour shifts) as needed.
• Able to work overtime and holidays when required.
• Must be flexible within pattern of shift work to accommodate factory shutdowns, training courses etc.
• Ability to navigate and use web-based programs such as Buildapp, Weever, Megamation, DFOS, SPC, etc.
• Ability to apply rigorous Cost Deployment and the Zero loss concept to eliminate losses utilizing UMS
