Position: Supplemental Case Management (SCM) Caseworker
The SCM caseworker will address barriers to safety and wellness for especially vulnerable clients under ORR’s Preferred Communities program. Responsibilities include providing strengths-based, client-centered case management for clients with various health concerns, including single-headed refugee households, survivors of domestic and gender-based violence, older refugees, youth without guardians, refugees with health or psychological issues, unanticipated refugee arrivals, secondary migrants, and LGBTQ refugees. The role involves developing service plans, coordinating healthcare access, assisting with appointments, and providing orientation on health topics.
