For GS-11: DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school, or foreign veterinary degree with appropriate certification and English proficiency.
For GS-12: All GS-11 qualifications plus mastery in clinical medicine, scientific presentations, publications, or related experience; or a master's degree in a relevant field, or completion of an internship, residency, or fellowship in a related discipline.
