• Responsible for development of facilities investment strategies, tactical execution and long-range strategic planning.
• Provide direction to personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the program and be responsible for management of all logistic elements necessary to manage the facilities programs.
• Serve as the deciding authority on technical and personnel issues presented by subordinate supervisors or team leaders.
• Develop the division’s fiscal year budget and execute program-funding requirements.
