Job summary

NAVAIR WARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE Sustainment Group, Weapons Integration Logistics Department, seeks a Supervisory Program Analyst (Program Manager) to lead program management activities and supervise staff in asset visibility and provisioning for weapon systems.

You will oversee performance plans, conduct reviews, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness and compliance with DoD standards and contracts.

Qualifications

• Establishing performance plans and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Reviewing and approving timecards, training requests, travel orders, claims, requisitions.
• Identifying requirements, establishing and implementing policies; provisioning support for weapon systems.
• Applying asset visibility and audit techniques per DoD standards as directed by the program manager.

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (PROGRAM MANAGER) in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP, WEAPONS INTEGRATION LOGISTICS DEPT, TOTAL ASSET VIS DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for performing Supervisory duties, including: establishing performance plans, conducting regular performance reviews, reviewing and approving timecards, training requests, travel orders, claims, requisitions, etc.
• You will identify requirements, establishes and implements required policies and procedures, manages provisioning support for developmental and operational weapon systems/equipment.
• You will apply asset visibility and audit techniques in accordance with Department of War standards as appropriate to the program or as directed by the program manager.
• You will review and provide inputs to contracts, specifications, procedures, waivers, and other documentation.
