Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in China Lake is seeking a Supervisory Program Analyst (Program Manager) to lead the SUSTAINMENT GROUP within the Weapons Integration Logistics Department. The focus is asset visibility, performance management, and oversight of contracts and documentation.

The role requires strong supervisory capabilities, policy development, provisioning support for developmental and operational weapon systems, and adherence to DoD asset management

Responsabilidades

• establishing performance plans, conducting regular performance reviews
• reviewing and approving timecards, training requests, travel orders, claims, requisitions
• identifies requirements, establishes and implements policies, manages provisioning support for developmental and operational weapon systems/equipment
• applies asset visibility and audit techniques per Department of War standards as directed by the program manager
• reviews inputs to contracts, specifications, procedures, waivers, and other documentation

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (PROGRAM MANAGER) in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP, WEAPONS INTEGRATION LOGISTICS DEPT, TOTAL ASSET VIS DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for performing Supervisory duties, including: establishing performance plans, conducting regular performance reviews, reviewing and approving timecards, training requests, travel orders, claims, requisitions, etc.
• You will identify requirements, establishes and implements required policies and procedures, manages provisioning support for developmental and operational weapon systems/equipment.
• You will apply asset visibility and audit techniques in accordance with Department of War standards as appropriate to the program or as directed by the program manager.
• You will review and provide inputs to contracts, specifications, procedures, waivers, and other documentation.
