The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the liaison between the I&A components and the DHS Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) and the DHS Office of Selective Acquisitions (OSA) for developing, coordinating, facilitating, tracking and managing contract requirements.

This position is designated as Emergency Essential.
