Supervisory Information Technology Specialist
Duties
- You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist within the Enterprise Services Division.
- You will direct the planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of the portfolio, ensuring all activities support the mission requirements of the command.
- You will conduct complex market research and cost-benefit analyses to justify the acquisition of new technologies and services.
- You will negotiate and define IT requirements and service level agreements.
- You will develop performance standards and evaluate the work performance of subordinates.
- You will interview candidates for non-supervisory positions in the unit; make selections for appointments, promotions, or reassignments.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, proficiency level (Intermediate) the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting complex market research and cost-benefit analyses to justify the acquisition of new technologies and services; Formulating and justifying annual budgets and defending resource requirements; Negotiating and defining IT requirements and service level agreements; Ensuring effective integration and collaboration.
