The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a senior HRIS program lead to direct the HRIS program area and provide advisory and technical services across HR information systems. You will supervise staff, analyze complex HRIS issues, and develop innovative solutions to meet agency needs.
The role includes producing analytical reports, managing access controls, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and effective system utilization.
This is a Detail Not to Exceed One Year, however, the detail may be made permanent without additional competition. This position is located in Business Operations, VA Central Office (VACO), Human Resources Service Center (HRSC). The primary purpose of this position is to direct the Human Resources Information Systems program area and provide advisory and technical services in all areas relating to Human Resources Information Systems.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Compressed/Flexible: May be available at Manager's discretion.
