Job summary

Air Mobility Command seeks a first level supervisor to lead the Plans and Programs Flight within the 628th Security Forces Squadron at Charleston AFB, SC. You will plan, direct, organize, and control non-supervisory personnel and ensure compliance with laws and regulations to meet customer needs.

• Location: Charleston AFB, South Carolina

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 628th Security Forces Squadron, Plans and Programs Flight.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 628th Security Forces Squadron, ensuring that Plans and Programs Flight complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 628th Security Forces Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Provides advice and assistance to supervisors, managers, commanders, and other personnel on the installation.
