Duke Energy is seeking a Work Management Supervisor in Indiana. This onsite leadership role will oversee dispersed teams across Delivery Operations, driving efficiency through standardization and resource sharing. You will ensure accurate review and approval of contractor invoices while maintaining strong safety leadership.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of related experience; associates degree preferred. Willingness to travel 35% is expected.

The Work Management Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and direction of Work Management employees dispersed geographically throughout Delivery Operations. This leadership role is expected to develop efficiency gains through process standardization and consistency, oversight of workload, cross training, sharing resources as well as implementing new technology. This position will create and implement work management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement while achieving business goals. This position is responsible for maintaining net terms of contractor invoices, as well as ensuring accurate review and approval of invoices performed by Work Management employees.

Basic/Required Qualifications

• Highschool diploma/GED and five (5) years of related experience.

• Associates degree or technical degree.

Working Conditions

• Onsite Mobility Classification - Work will be performed at a company facility. On-site employees are also required to live within a reasonable daily commute to their assigned work location, not greater than 50 miles one way.
• Frequent and prolonged periods of time on the phone and in meetings.
