The Supervisor of Warehouse Operations is a member of the IPM Supply Chain team. The IPM Supply Chain teams’ focus is to ensure a reliable supply of medicine with the correct level of inventory. The Supervisor is responsible for operational processes and businesselements regarding safety, quality, and customer service for IPM Warehouse. The Supervisor provides administrative leadership and ensures the technical expertise development of warehouse employees.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with established policies /procedures (Safety, Quality,Warehouse Procedures, etc. ).

• Monitor and build a strong HSE culture.
• Routinely inspects area for health, safety and quality issues and identify areas foroperational improvement.
• Supervise, develop and coach operators.
• Ensure operators are trained appropriately.
• Leads the area in providing high level of customer service to production operations.
• Ensure department follows all cGMP requirements and is compliant with OSSCE Class A guidelines.
• Responsible for HR related processes such as attendance management, PM planning,feedback and base pay adjustment; monitors and meets performance managementobjectives and measures.
• Assigns daily and weekly work schedules to warehouse employees.
• Participate in updating /creating procedures and procedure training.
• Take ownership for implementation of countermeasures associated with safety /qualityaudits, observations, inspection findings, and deviations.
• Investigate quality and safety events related to warehouse operations.

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, across levels and function.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, requests,including planning, leading and implementing.
• Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot issues and learn new processes and computersystem applications.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Be available off shift and respond to production issues as needed.
• Basic computer skills including SAP /PMX and desktop software as applicable (Excel,Word, Trackwise, etc.).
• Knowledge of cGMPs, Parenteral Safety and Quality systems.
• Solid understanding of the importance of and basic requirements of Regulatory agencies such as the FDA, EMEA, OSHA and EPA.

• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountablefor supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
• Previous experience supervising a team is desired.

• Previous warehouse /logistics experience in a GMP environment.

• Proven ability in SAP/PMX/WMS preferred.

Additional Information:
• This role has the opportunity for direct interaction with Regulatory Agencies during SiteInspections.

• Must be flexible to support off shifts as necessary.

• Occasional overtime may be necessary.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$35.33 - $58.89

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
