Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Colorado is seeking a Store Associate to restock and organize shelves, build displays, and maintain a clean, safe store environment as part of a team serving our beverage brands.

You will work 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, 5x8 shifts with overtime as needed; pay is $23.25/hour with eligible bonus structures and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Job Details:

Schedule: 5:00AM-1:30pm, 5x8's, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed.
Pay: $23.25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Base pay range is $23.25/HRplus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
