Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is hiring for a 2nd shift Order Builder to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will assemble deliveries, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, and prepare pallets for transport—maintaining safety standards at all times.

Base pay is $22.45 per hour with a bonus structure based on role. Health coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off are among the benefits; candidate may need pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification within 1 month after hire.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jack and/or forklift to build orders onto pallets.
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Complete training requirements and participate in meetings as needed.
• Assist with stocking and restocking picking areas.
• Support special projects and events as assigned.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Job Details:

Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm (or until finished) Mon - Fri

Pay: $22.45/HR

Responsibilities:

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay rate is $22.45 per hour plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
