Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, packing, and shipping. The role primarily runs on a 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include directing shipping/receiving, managing inventory, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. Requires 4+ years of supervisory warehouse experience and an associate degree; production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting required. Production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory and warehousing to meet objectives.
  • Direct and manage shipping/receiving orders and reconcile shipping notices and bills of materials.
  • Maintain dock traffic and ensure supplier compliance with policies.
  • Maintain month-to-month inventory of WIP and finished goods.
  • Oversee inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  • Lead cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet on-time delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Maintain staffing levels to meet production needs.
  • Provide guidance on staffing, training, and performance management.

About The Opportunity

Supervises the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of merchandise or materials. Maintains stock records and schedules. This position primarily operates on second shift, with regular working hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime, extended hours, or schedule adjustments may be required to meet business demands.

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manages warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehousing to assure company objectives inthe areas of safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability
  • Directs and manages shipping and/or receiving orders, including loading trucks, inspecting materials or product, andreconciling advanced shipping notices and bills of materials to assure accuracy
  • Manages dock traffic and ensures that all logistics suppliers follow appropriate policies and procedures
  • Maintains month-to-month inventory of work-in-process product and finished goods
  • Manages inventory of shipping materials and supplies, including stretch film, poly bags, shrinks, glue and anyconsumablematerialsneeded
  • Directs and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory processes as required
  • Coordinates with key stakeholders to meet internal and external customer on-time-delivery demands
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional leaders to support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
  • Maintains adequate staffing levels to assure production requirements are met
  • Accountable for departmental key performance metrics to ensure scorecard objectives are met
  • Provides guidance on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management to develop and enhance thesalaried and hourly shipping and receiving team, working closely with direct reports
  • Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, andreviewingprofessionalpublications
Education & Experience
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting required. Production experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of and ability to use and influence organization’s policies, standards and procedures guidingmanufacturingprocesses
  • Knowledge of strategies and tools for controlling and optimizing the factors that lie between the purchase of raw materialsand delivery of finished products
  • Ability to effectively manage the business relationship and transactions with the suppliers of raw materials orproductcomponents
  • Knowledge of issues and considerations for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work inprogress and finished goods
  • Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the manufacturing cycle
  • Knowledge of the day‑to‑day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting
  • Frequent walking and standing required
  • Occasional travel required
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

The expected salary range for this position is $57,064 - $71,330 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short- and Long‑term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
