Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead plant floor teams and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will manage production priorities, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive continuous improvement on a nights schedule.
Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a strong safety culture, and 3–5 years in manufacturing, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Plastics/fabrication and union settings are a plus.

Direct and supervise production personnel to obtain optimum efficiency and effectiveness within operations while maintaining a safe working environment.
Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting safety incidents and enforcing safety-related policies and procedures.
Execute production priorities per the work schedule meeting customer demands.
Manage and direct plant floor activities to improve utilization of company resources, such as material and labor.
Respond timely to all quality and personnel issues regarding parts and processes.
Confer with plant personnel and other departments to review activities and operating reports to determine changes in operations.
Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shift.
Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
