Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping/receiving teams and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. You will drive warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety policies while coordinating with plant and other functions.

The role requires 3–5 years in relevant work and 2 years in leadership, plus the ability to work nights in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Travel is 5–10% and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience; 2 years in formal leadership.
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment for all employees and enforce safety policies.
• Direct and supervise shipping/receiving personnel.
• Coordinate outbound shipments based on inventory and order dates.
• Communicate quality issues to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure raw materials are received and stored properly.
• Keep warehouse organized and well-maintained.
• Review activities with plant and other departments.
• Maintain high visibility on the plant floor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting safety incidents, enforcing safety-related policies and procedures, and conducting any needed training.2. Help coordinate outbound shipments.3. Ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed based on available and anticipated inventory and order promise dates.4. Address and communicate quality issues to internal team and external customers.5. Ensure raw materials are received and accurately placed into inventory.6. Ensure warehouse and materials are well-organized.7. Confer with plant personnel and other departments to review activities and operating reports to determine changes in schedules.8. Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shift.9. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.10. Conduct annual performance reviews.11.
