Role Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily organization, training, and coaching of Service Parts warehouse associates. You will promote safe working behaviors, help develop quality focused processes, maintain organized cleanliness, and continuously strive for improvement opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to provide the appropriate resources for your team to succeed, with a focus on delivering premium customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Foster an environment where safety is the highest priority, coaching safe powered equipment and material handling practices.
2. Manage a team of warehouse associates to support facility objectives.
3. Train, develop, and coach warehouse associates on standard work and ensure adherence.
4. Maintain an organized warehouse focusing on housekeeping standards and applying 5S principles.
5. Utilize SAP EWM to manage all warehouse activities.
6. Maintain standard work documentation, training, attendance, overtime, and process adherence.
7. Perform 5 Why analysis with warehouse associates to identify root causes of gaps.
8. Identify best practices, process improvements, operational issues, and opportunities.
9. Support inbound, storage, repackaging, and outbound operations.
10. Collaborate with management to ensure proper dispatching of warehouse activities to meet business needs, including inbound, outbound, inventory, kitting, and repacking.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and distribution.
2. 3+ years of experience managing and leading a warehouse team.
3. Preferred BS/BA in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4. Strong collaboration skills and experience in implementing continuous improvement projects.
5. SAP WM or EWM experience is a plus.
6. Understanding of Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8-12 hours.
9. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone or email.
10. Ability to interpret safety rules, documents, and SOPs.
11. Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, and temperature variations.
12. Flexible work schedule.
