Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kansas City, MO to oversee packers/shippers/receivers and maintain inventory levels. You will supervise staff, monitor order fulfillment, and ensure timely shipping while training personnel on workflow and safety.

The role requires forklift experience and hands-on inventory management within a busy warehouse. Responsibilities include reporting to management on shipping activities, managing supplies, and coordinating with receiving and warehousing

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
• 1-3 years of experience using automated conveyor system with multi-level shipping software.

• Monitor the pulling/packing/shipping of all orders.
• Train employees on proper workflow.
• Run reports on inventory, shipping status, and reprint queue.
• Report and meet with management on shipping activities.
• Order all warehouse printing and shipping supplies.
• Purchase and receive all shipments.
• Documentation of packing slip and invoice.
• Storage and rotation of inventory.
• Perform filling and shipping duties as needed.
• Monitor warehouse for compliance and safety guidelines.

Job description

This employees oversees the warehouse packers/shippers/receivers, and also ensures that appropriate inventory levels and packages are sent out in a timely manner.

Physical Demands
