University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB is hiring for a part-time, temporary supervisory role. The candidate will oversee ABA sessions with children and young adults, develop treatment plans using ABA software, and ensure service delivery adheres to intervention plans.
Key qualifications include a BA/BS in a relevant field or RBT certification, along with experience in supervision and with children with developmental disabilities. The position offers flexible scheduling based on program need.

The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Temporary, Staff, Part Time, Non-Benefited position through 6/30/2027 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $28.55 per hour.
Location: CSUSB Campus. UCDD and/or the Watson College of Education (WCOE) on campus sites.
Up to 19 hours per week. Typically, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 5:30PM-9:00PM, Wednesdays: 3:30PM-7:00PM, and 5:30PM-9:00PM, and/or Saturdays 8:30AM-12:00PM. Scheduled based on program need.
