We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor of the Travel Medical Disability Examiners to join our growing team! This role supervises physicians and mid-level providers on the Medical Disability Exam Travel team. Responsibilities include evaluating and conducting exams for Medical Disability claims for Veterans, including TBI exams. The role requires traveling within the U.S. to fixed facilities and mobile units to conduct exams. When not traveling, you'll oversee the team, establish agreements with mid-level providers, and complete ACE and internal Medical Opinion requests as required by contracts.

Required Qualifications
  • Licensed MD or DO
  • Current and unrestricted state license or ability to obtain licensure in the work location
  • Possession of a compact license (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) is preferred
  • Board certification in Psychiatry, Neurosurgery, Physiatry, or Neurology
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately and demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and multitasking
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more for monthly assignments
  • Ability to work remotely when not traveling, to complete ACE and IMO exams, or other duties
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work in various environments, including mobile clinics and with homebound patients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified VA Compensation and Pension Examiner
  • Experience with VA disability evaluations and knowledge of VA quality and timeliness standards
  • Military or veteran healthcare experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience

The salary range is $269,500 to $425,500 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and performance. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions.
