Job summary

WM is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day transfer station operations in Englewood, Colorado. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and managing revenue & payroll processes on-site.

Responsibilities also include preparing reports, ordering supplies, and guiding training and performance evaluations to optimize safety, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• 40 Hour Hazardous
• Scalemaster Certification

• Reconciles facility revenue from operations, facility billing, and monthly P-card statements. Processes employee payroll.
• Orders supplies as needed.
• Creates and submits weekly and month end reports to senior management.
• Oversees personnel needs of the department including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.

Pay:

The expected base pay range for this on site position is $68K - $85K This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
