Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Supervisory Manufacturing Lead to oversee operations on the production floor, ensure GMP compliance, and train operators. The role covers equipment start-up, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and both R&D support and process improvements.
The position runs a 12-hour rotating shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with every other weekend; the base salary is $80,000–$100,000 plus incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program.
The Supervisor will oversee operations and staff throughout the manufacturing floor, assist with equipment start-up, and participate in ANDA batch production and commercial batch manufacturing. This role follows a 12‑hour rotating schedule, working from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (requires every other weekend).
The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. In addition, Amneal offers a short‑term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance‑based award, within the first 12 months. The ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting; individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on relevant factors, including qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other skills.
