Amneal is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee floor operations, ensure GMP compliance, and mentor operators on production, equipment start-up, and quality standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM, every other weekend), training staff, and participating in R&D and scale-up activities while maintaining safety and timely delivery of batches.
The Supervisor will oversee the operations and staff throughout the manufacturing floor. The supervisor will also assist with equipment start-up, participate in ANDA batch production and commercial batch manufacturing.
This role follows a 12-hour rotating schedule, working from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. (Requires every other weekend)
The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
