Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and provide leadership to foremen and crews. The role focuses on coordinating materials, equipment, and labor while ensuring accurate reporting and safety adherence.

The position requires experience supervising utility construction crews, strong communication, and the ability to work locally with some travel. DOT medical certification and a valid CDL are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with database software and Excel.
• Prior experience with Google Applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• DOT physical exam with a valid medical card; Class A CDL is a plus.

At TelCom Construction, as a Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day to day aspects of the project. The purpose of this position is to provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews. local work with occasional travel.

What you’ll do
