Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations on local Columbus, NE sites with occasional travel. You will lead foremen and crews, ensure safety, coordinate materials and reporting, and maintain strong communication across teams.

Ideal candidates have prior utility construction crew leadership experience, proficiency with Excel and database tools, and a valid driver's license; DOT medical card and Class A CDL are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel.
• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus!

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Frequent sit, stand and/or walk
• Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, crawl or twist on concrete, dirt or gravel surfaces
• Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing and voice
• Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks
• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbsOccasionally work in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces
• Wear required personal protective equipment if required
