Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead a high-performing recruiting team in a fast-paced health system. The role combines people leadership with strategy, data-driven decision making, and process optimization to shape hiring outcomes.

You will coach and develop recruiters, design strategic hiring plans with department leaders, train managers on best practices, and ensure fair, quality processes across all hires while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading recruiters or TA teams
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong coaching and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters (8) and partner with a peer supervisor
• Report to Talent Acquisition Manager
• Design and execute strategic recruiting plans with hiring leaders
• Lead training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices
• Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across hiring processes
• Analyze recruitment metrics and deliver data-driven insights to leadership
• Continuously optimize recruiting processes and strategies

Lead & Develop Talent

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred)
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant change
• Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions
• Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
