Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a finance professional to provide financial and analytical support to Corporate Strategy, Business Associations, the Segment CFO, and the Chief Financial Officer. You will develop models for alliances and new business opportunities, and perform ad hoc analyses for governance forums.

Collaborating across PD, Engineering, M&S, FCSD, GDI&A and business units, you will drive strategic initiatives and support plans for key alliances.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects independently with little supervision.
• Good organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Prior Product Development and Profit Analysis finance experience preferred.
• Good communication / presentation skills – cross functional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and analytical support to Corporate Strategy, Business Associations, the Segment CFO, and the Chief Financial Officer
• Initial focus on supporting key alliances, partnerships and new business opportunities
• Develop financial models and business case analysis for Special Studies grounded in Corporate Financial data and processes
• Other ad hoc financial analysis as requested from Corporate Strategy team or Segment CFO
• Provide analytical support for governance forums (e.g. Board, OCCE)
• Interface cross-functionally with Ford Finance teams in PD, Engineering, M&S, FCSD, GDI&A as needed, as well as Business Units and Ford Credit
• Support Business Plan input for key alliances

What you'll do...

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
