Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor in San Antonio to support management, drive sales, and maintain a visually appealing store. You will engage with customers, lead by example, and help ensure merchandising and operations standards are met while performing POS duties on shifts and covering supervisor tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range

USD $11.75/Hr -USD $16.13/Hr.
