Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store management, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves supervising during shifts, training and guiding associates, and ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and operate with urgency while maintaining a positive work environment. Participation may include evenings and weekends with a focus on results and team development.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.

• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $19.25/Hr -USD $24.75/Hr.
