Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering a great customer experience and driving store performance. You will help execute store operations, develop associates, and model company values on every shift.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with merchandising standards, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales objectives while maintaining an engaging work environment. This role requires evenings, weekends, and flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range USD $13.75/Hr -USD $18.88/Hr.
