Job description

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The resort, with its African-inspired design, is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for the Sortino's Italian Kitchen FOH Supervisor position. In this position, you’ll provide the guest with food and beverages served with a fun, friendly, professional, attentive approach that will ensure guest satisfaction beyond expectations. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily front-of-house restaurant operations. This can include labor management, running the floor, training, and inventory management.

We do require that you have background consisting of 1-2 years of supervising/management experience within a restaurant/resort setting. Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant is a must.
