Strategic Storage Partners, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Site Maintenance Planning and Scheduling to oversee maintenance work orders, develop work packages for Level of Repair (LOR), and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at the Bayou Choctaw site in Plaquemine, LA.

The role requires coordinating weekly maintenance schedules, outages, and planning meetings with site personnel, while interfacing with procurement and maintenance to ensure materials and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in an industrial/petrochemical plant as a planner or scheduler or Journeyman Craftsman (electrician, I&E Tech or mechanic) is required.
• Security clearance required or ability to obtain security clearance.
• Valid Class E State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise timely review and processing of maintenance work orders per priority guidelines.
• Develop work packages for Level of Repair (LOR) for SPR equipment.
• Create weekly maintenance schedules and coordinate outages.
• Schedule and coordinate weekly planning meetings with site personnel.
• Interface with procurement, maintenance, and operations to ensure parts availability and budget adherence.
• Provide oversight and inspections of maintenance issues and related documentation.

SummaryofPrimaryResponsibilities:

Supervise the timely review and processing of maintenance work orders in accordance with established priority guidelines for initiation, data entry, and development of a work package under Level of Repair (LOR) for Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) equipment following approved procedures. Ensures approved maintenance policy/procedural requirements are implemented and followed. Assures that safety and environmental rules and regulations are being followed. Ensures proper and timely preparation of all required work-related documentation. Create weekly maintenance schedules and coordinate yearly outages. Schedule and coordinate weekly planning meetings with sight personnel.Review applicable Material Management System reports and provide interface between property, procurement and maintenance regarding parts and materials. To include assisting maintenance manager in efficient execution of the maintenance budget.Interface regularly with site functional leaders to provide support as needed through meetings, phone calls or e-mail. To include working with other maintenance supervisors, operations and others to develop a weekly maintenance scheduleProvides oversight, performs inspections, and evaluates maintenance related problems.Ensures proper and timely preparation of all related documentation.Performs other duties as assigned following approved procedures.Ensures proper and timely preparation of all required work-related documentation.Create and execute an accurate weekly maintenance schedule. Work closely with maintenance teams to coordinate and ensure execution of scheduled work.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED: Associate Degree\trade school certificate of graduation in Electrical or Electronics Technology or mechanical maintenance and eight years of experience OR ten years experience in an industrial/petrochemical plant as a planner, scheduler, or a Journeyman Craftsman (electrician, I&E Tech or mechanic)DESIRED: 5 years' experience with a maintenance ERP such as SAP.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES: Valid Class E State Drivers License. This position requires that the incumbent maintain a security clearance.WORKING CONDITIONS: Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, H2S, and/or loud noises. Light physical effort. Requires handling of light-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing, walking or climbing. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
