Job summary

The Bergaila Companies are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planner IV to support critical operations in Sabine Pass, TX and Beaumont, TX. Lead planning and scheduling to optimize reliability and safety in oil & gas and petrochemical facilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Planner IV to join our dynamic team, supporting vital infrastructure in Sabine Pass, TX, and Beaumont, TX. What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Proven SAP Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on maintenance planning, with strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive background in maintenance within Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities, including familiarity with gas compression, metering equipment, and PHMSA regulations.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance projects; experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, Prometheus, and CMMS modules; scaffolding, welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment rigging are a plus.
• Operational Acumen: Ability to create detailed job packs, prioritize work, develop outage and project plans, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendors.
• Analytical Abilities: Capable of developing KPIs, analyzing deviations, and generating insightful reports to inform decision-making.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster teamwork, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Additional Skills That Shine

• Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of gas compression and metering equipment.
• PHMSA regulated pipeline experience.
• Current TWIC card and valid driver’s license.

Preferred Educational & Experience Qualification

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Over 5 years of industry experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.

Other Requirements

• Must be a local candidate; no relocation allowance provided.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with limited overtime opportunities.
• Maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) in good standing.
• Ability to work behind a desk with minimal field time, supporting maintenance activities remotely and through planning excellence.
