ServiceSource is seeking a security-focused professional to lead SCIF Representatives and manage the shipment of classified material through the DOD courier system. This role requires adherence to NGA Site Security guidance and strong crisis management skills.
You will oversee alarms, SCIF access, and visitor control, while supervising security staff and coordinating emergency response as needed. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required or obtainable.

Lead over the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Representatives and act as the primary point of contact for SCI classified shipments through the DOD courier system. Provide guidance and assistance to all organizations regarding shipment of classified material in accordance with guidance from the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Site Security office. Manage security alarms; oversee SCIF access; brief special visits or functions; and participate in crisis support as necessary. Enforce and monitor policy changes from NGA, alert officials in emergency situations such as fire or unauthorized presence, coordinate office moves within secure areas, and secure trucks transporting classified material. Serve as a focal point for security-related activities, including visitor control, registry, and associated duties. Supervise Security Specialist I, II, III and Visitor Control personnel, schedule work, hire, fire, discipline, and oversee advancement and promotion of assigned staff.
Maintain order and protect security by circulating among visitors, patrons, or employees; escort or drive motor vehicles to transport individuals to specified locations; operate detecting devices to screen individuals; answer telephone calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information; warn persons of rule infractions or violations; and perform related duties as assigned or requested.
