Schedule: Primarily 3rd Shift, flexible to cover 1st or 2nd shifts as needed.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities: As a Security Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise, schedule, and motivate Loss Prevention Associates, providing necessary direction and equipment.
• Respond to incidents, complete reports, and gather witness statements.
• Train staff on emergency procedures, security systems, use of force, video operation, and escort procedures.
• Train resort staff in First Aid, CPR, evacuation, fire, and disaster protocols.
• Prevent employee theft through policies and procedures.
• Maintain security records and daily reports.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain regular attendance according to standards.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, 6 months security or related experience, 1+ years in similar roles. Preferred: Security Officer certification, 3+ years experience, associate degree in hospitality.
