Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead and coordinate activities on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves guiding personnel, managing shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance and leadership to personnel, motivating associates to reach production goals.
2. Maintain proficiency in all positions on the production line.
3. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, including documentation and communication with customers and contractors.
4. Train new employees and ensure adherence to work instructions.
5. Coordinate with human resources regarding employee issues and documentation.
6. Manage organizational tasks to prevent late payments and ensure timely operations.
7. Perform cleaning duties as needed in bathrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms.
8. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Effective communicator capable of interacting with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related fields preferred.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin.
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and visual acuity.
• Must pass safety and strength requirements, including forklift certification.

Work Environment

Moderate noise levels, with safety gear such as glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots required. Occasional exposure to extreme heat.
