Job summary

JCPenney in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with store operations, merchandising, and creating a positive environment for associates and customers.

You will model core values, supervise shifts in the absence of Store Manager, handle POS, and help build brand loyalty through product knowledge and service. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range

USD $12.25/Hr -USD $16.88/Hr.
