Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store results. You will assist with daily operations, coaching teammates, and maintaining appealing merchandising while modeling our values.

You will oversee selling skills, brand loyalty initiatives, and store standards, including POS duties during shifts and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. This role emphasizes energy and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range

USD $11.25/Hr -USD $15.50/Hr.
