Job summary

Aéropostale in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and motivate staff on-shift while ensuring POS accuracy.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You’ll work to grow sales, build loyalty, and uphold Catalyst Brands values in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $12.25/Hr -USD $16.88/Hr.
