Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor at our Mercedes, Texas store to support the management team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead by example on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in apparel, a proven sales track record, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Travel to other store locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistics.
• Flexible evenings and weekends availability.
• Occasional travel to other store locations as needed.

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range USD $11.75/Hr -USD $16.13/Hr.
