Job summary

JCPenney in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will help drive sales, train associates, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsible for supervising on-shift activities, handling POS transactions, and upholding visual standards while modeling our core values and teamwork. Flexible evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range

USD $12.25/Hr -USD $16.88/Hr.
