Description

Position Purpose:

This role involves performing advanced (senior-level) robotic process automation (RPA) work using the UiPath platform and leading the RPA team. The supervisor oversees a team of RPA engineers, collaborates with business and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable automation solutions, and serves as the subject matter expert for the organization's UiPath platform. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing RPA workflows, and supporting automation deployments.

  • Lead the RPA team to understand, capture, and refine business requirements and design automation solutions.
  • Establish and enforce development and deployment standards, including source control practices and change management processes.
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing automation workflows in production.
  • Plan, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Oversee support and troubleshooting for automation solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and technical artifacts for automation solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience in RPA development, testing, maintenance, or related fields may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.

Certification:

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of RPA development, testing, and maintenance with UiPath.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python.
  • At least 4 years of experience with databases like Microsoft SQL, MySQL, or Postgres.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • At least 3 years of systems administration experience in a mixed Windows and Linux environment.
  • Supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Experience working in a hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environment.
